Cleansing Away Cellulite

Cellulite, fat, adipose - words as women we understand; and would love to understand a way to rid the excess from our bodies: our hips and thighs, our tummies, or perhaps those pockets of fat that settles in unsightly places. Even though traditional medical knowledge will not distinguish between fat and cellulite, for those of us who have watched it accumulate, we know there’s a difference. It’s the “cottage cheesy” looking fat that doesn’t seem to leave no matter how much we diet and exercise. There are several problems associated with cellulite that need to be addressed in order to succeed at its elimination. The first is accurately addressing the toxins which attract the fat and the second is increasing the circulation to the area so that the toxins and fat can be mobilized.

As our world becomes more toxic, we are exposed to greater quantities oftoxins and greater varieties of industrial toxins. We have three barriers to protect ourselves: our skin, our lungs, and our gastrointestinal tract. Most toxins are air borne so we are continually bathed in these toxins on our skin as well as breathe them into our lungs. Additionally, they settle onto our food supply, so that without proper washing of our fruits and vegetables, we are ingesting them with every meal we eat.

It is important to utilize a cleansing system which can confront andcontrol the accumulation of toxins as well as to dislodge those presentlysettled in the tissues. It is also imperative to address the blood and the lymph since cellulite is a form of lymphatic congestion. When a system also has a fat burning and muscle building component, the fat can convert to lean muscle tissue which brings a leaner look to the body. The more comprehensive the system, the greater the results. The second component of cellulite removal is the increase of circulation to the areas of greatest accumulation of this type of fat. I have used and recommended a program which incorporates diaphragmatic breathing with isometric and isotonic exercises. In this way, we can isolate the muscles which are holding the excess fatty deposits and target the problem.

By putting together a comprehensive cleansing system with gentleeffective exercises, we can cleanse away the cellulite. Isn’t it great to have the knowledge to achieve the look you desire and deserve.
